Please note: Members must apply for the CU Homebranch license BEFORE you will be able to access your account on the internet. Applications can be obtained from any of our locations, or you may have an application and disclosure mailed to you.

CU HOME BRANCH offers the convenience of conducting your financial business via a secure site on the internet using your home or office computer. CU HOME BRANCH provides access to your HCCU accounts in a simple, easy-to-use format. Currently the set up fee has been WAIVED!

Once you have entered the proper information to log on, here are some of the many features you will find:

Click on the “Accounts” button and you will be able to view at a glance the current balances, available amount and the last transaction date of all of your accounts. Click on the “View More” button for a specific account and you will see more detailed information on that account including the transaction history. This is very valuable when reconciling your checking account, finding out the date and payment amount due on loans and even obtaining a future loan payoff amount.

The “Deposit“ button will show your most recent payroll or electronic funds transfer deposits and how those funds were distributed.

To Transfer funds from one account to another within your own member number, choose the “Transfer” button. You may also transfer funds from your account to another member’s account by selecting the “Transfer to Other” button (which is convenient for transferring funds into your college student’s checking account, for example).

If you wish to have a check sent to you, click on the “Check to Self” and the credit union will mail a check to you on the following BUSINESS DAY (note: checks are not mailed on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays.)

You can use the “Pay Bills” option to pay your bills online!

If you need a copy of your statement, simply click on “Statement”, select the month(s) you want and print it out if you wish.

And . . . that’s not all. Click on “More” and you can find out the status of your loan application, obtain interest/dividend tax information on your account (both for prior and current year), place a stop payment on a check, order new checks and you can change your password at anytime.

Helena Community Credit Union is always looking for ways to improve service to our members. Future enhancements to the CU HOMEBRANCH product will include the ability to download information from your checking account to Quicken, Money, or Excel; to apply for a loan on-line; and the ability to pay your bills through electronic funds transfer rather than by check.

Presently, the transactions you perform during the time that the credit union’s data processor is running are updated immediately. Transactions processed during non-business hours do not reflect in the account history, however the balance(s) does up date. These transactions are stored until the data processing system has been started up and then are posted to the account. During regular business hours, transactions post “live” to your account.

Helena Community is a leader in keeping up with today’s technology and offering members products that save them both time and money. If you would like to sign on to CU HOME BRANCH, please read the following “Terms and Conditions” information carefully, provide the information requested, sign and mail or drop at any one of our locations. Open the door to a whole new world of handling your finances with CU HOME BRANCH!
