I
agree to the terms, conditions and agreements that govern
my account at Helena Community Credit Union (HCCU) including,
but not limited to the Membership and Account Terms
and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Electronic Funds Transfer
Disclosure, Funds Availability Disclosure and Truth-in-Savings
Disclosure. I may call HCCU at 1-406-443 5400, 1-800-3HELENA
or email my request to service@thecu4u.org for an additional
copy of this or any other referenced disclosures.
I
understand that HCCU may terminate or restrict CU Home
Branch (CUHB) services or transactions without notice
and I may terminate this agreement at any time by giving
written notice to HCCU at its current address.
I
hereby authorize anyone to whom I give my Personal Identification
Number (PIN) to use the features available through CUHB.
I further understand and agree that I am responsible
for all such transactions that this authorization shall
control and any agreement I have with HCCU.
I
agree that I will cancel my PIN immediately if any unauthorized
person obtains access to my PIN and notify HCCU of such
activity. All monetary transactions via CUHB will
be completed subject to available funds in my account.
I
understand that checks withdrawn from my account will
be payable to the primary member and will be mailed
within 3 business days to the address on record. HCCU
is not responsible for mail once the mail leaves the
HCCU premises.
